Are your contractor recruiters experienced?
Yes if that’s what you require. We have on occasion placed graduates with our clients who have completed internships in the humanities and are keen to gain international experience. It all comes down to your specific needs.
Can I choose who will work for us or do you just allocate someone?
You decide! Once we take your brief, as all good recruiters do we interview and shortlist three potential contractors for you to meet and decide who is the best fit.
Will I be charged a retainer or upfront fee for the shortlist?
Absolutely not, its all on a contingent basis so the onus is on us to make sure we find the right person for you.
We only recruit in a particular niche & sector, do you have contractors with specific recruitment experience?
Yes if that’s what you require. Give us the brief and we will do everything we can to find someone that meets your needs
We may need someone who can speak a language other than English, do you have any bilingual contractors?
Yes, for example we have successfully placed contractors who can aside from English can also speak languages such as Chinese, Japanese and even German.
What if I only need someone for a specific short-term project?
That’s fine. Tell us the scope of the project and again, we will find potential contractors for you to interview.
What if we hire a contractor but things slow down and we don't need the help anymore?
Our contractors work on a monthly basis so all you need to do is give us notice.
What does the contractor fee include?
The contractor fee includes everything, including their equipment, phone, healthcare and LinkedIn.
There are no ‘hidden fees or charges’.
Do you help manage the contractor too?
We will get daily activity reports from our contractors giving a breakdown of their workday. We will also have weekly check-ins with you to get your feedback.
Will your contractor be working with other clients too?
Absolutely not. They will act as your employee and be dedicated to your business 100%.
I'm in a different timezone, will that be an issue?
No – Our contractors will work your standard workday regardless of what country you’re in, they’ll be online working with you from the start of the day to the end.
